Facility reach comparison

Pick a few facilities to compare. For each: the networks listed in the building in PeeringDB, the unique networks you can reach through the exchanges there, and how those overlap (networks in the building that don't peer on its exchanges, and networks on its exchanges that aren't in the building, for example connected remotely).
